ADR by CerealBox (Automated Donor Retention)

We want to automate the whole donor retention process. We are building a software that selects the optimal donor journey for each individual donor to make sure you retain them for as long as possible. The charity simple connects the data writes the initial emails and watches the repeat donations roll in.

By filling this field, you are confirming that you have already acquired the consent of the concerned party you represent to share this idea on this challenge.

CerealBox

Remember to be user-centric. Think about your user’s needs/problems you are trying to address.

Charties struggle at retaining donors. The average retention rate in the sector is 49%. Charties spend enormous effort in getting new donors through the door but they will lose half of them in the next 12 months. That's not sustainable.

And they find retention too hard, time-consuming and a lot of fundraisers don't know where to start. We do all the heavy lifting so they can set and forget about retention.

What type of data and insight did you use for this analysis?

Our ideal audiences are Heads of Fundraising or Fundraising/Marketing officers. We are here to help small to medium size charities. We aren't bound by location so we can help charties across the world.
